Nice qualityThis tote is of good quality and is a very snug fit for two regular sized (750ml) bottles of wine. My experience with neoprene is it does tend to stretch a bit over time, and can even get easier to work with after immersion in water. So if you find that the fit is overly snug for your liking, I suggest submersing the tote for a while and letting it dry before use. However, I don't think you'll ever get it to stretch enough that this tote will take bottles of sparkling wine.While only separated by the stitching down the center of the tote, the bottles are kept well enough away from each other than I don't think breakage would be a concern. You can even hedge your bets a bit and fold the bottles inwards towards each other, so that you have two thicknesses of neoprene as extra insurance against it. You man have to strap or tie the cozy off into this somewhat unnatural position for this to work though.And breakage is a concern for us, because we tend to pack 2 bottles of a favorite wine into checked baggage when on trips (since you can no longer carry them onboard). Particularly when we go overseas and a good selection if California wines can never be guaranteed.In the past we've done this with both cardboard wine packing and regular bubble wrap, and we've never lost a bottle. And while this will be the first time with this particular tote I don't anticipate any problems. We will, of course, report back on any mishaps. I don't anticipate any, but we'll continue our normal practice of also wrapping the bottles in a thick towel and double bagging the whole thing in big, heavy-duty zip-lock bags. Wish us luck!
